Initiate Your Request
Log into your CAZ 3D account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a valid return.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for verification.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
